Ravels aims to ensure its customers full satisfaction.
If your are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) by one of the 3 options down below.
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
• Returns must be made within 14 business days from the delivery date.
• Returned items must be unused and complete.
• Customers will not be reimbursed for initial shipping charges.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@shopravel.net
Sale items
For sale items, the amount for which the product was purchased will only be refunded.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
